Federica Monti is a researcher in commercial law at the University of Macerata. She completed her studies between Italy and the People’s Republic of China, making Chinese and Asian law in general her main specialization.
Her passion for perfumes, since a young age, has led her to diversify her research interests, ultimately dedicating herself to the study of the legal protection of the olfactory element as a corporate IP asset.
He is a lawyer and freelance journalist. He translates the main legal texts in commercial matters from Chinese into Italian. He has numerous publications and participation in national and international conferences to his credit.
